How we started
We didn’t grow up dreaming of getting rid of cockroaches or chasing mice out of roof spaces but life had other plans. When COVID hit, like so many Aussies, we lost our jobs and had to rethink everything. What came next wasn’t just a career change — it was personal.
After terrible experiences with different pest control companies, ones that killed our beloved cat, our pet fish, stained our hardwood floors, and left us with a bill that felt like an insult, we realised the industry desperately needed people who actually care.
We rolled up our sleeves, got trained, and launched this business with one goal in mind: do it better.

How long does the floor take to dry?
Usually a few hours. Bit faster on carpet, bit slower on tiles. Try not for at least a few days to let the chemical do its job.

Are the chemicals toxic?
The chemicals that we use are rated super safe for humans. For pets like fish and birds, it can be potentially harmful so we take every precaution to work around them.

Does it take multiple visits to treat some infestations?
Sometimes, depending on the pest and nature of the environment, it can take multiple visits to get on top of a problem. This is factored into the initial price and you won't be paying any hidden fees or surprise bills.

How long do you warrant your work?
That depends on the pest as well, general pests we warrant for 6 months as that is how long the chemical residually lasts on your surfaces. For termites, we warrant for 8 years.

Do you price match other quotes?
We do not price match quotes as we compete with numpties that won't do the job properly. Our business depends on the incompetency of other companies as we are the final step in the chain. Anybody can spray some pesticide down and say job done. We address the specific pests and deal with them. (We're also competitive with our pricing so no, you're not getting shafted.)
